Revel is a prepaid card that comes with the MasterCard^® brand and can be accepted at ATMs within the Cirrus^®/Maestro^®/MasterCard^® network or at merchant locations in the United States displaying the MasterCard^® brandmark (*see exceptions) The card can be used with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for PIN-debit transactions, or as a signature-based card that can be used without a PIN. Although it shares many of the benefits, Revel is not a credit card. The amount available for PIN-debit and signature-based purchases is only equal to the amount loaded to the card minus any transaction fees.

No, these cards are not credit cards. They are prepaid debit cards, which can be used almost anywhere MasterCard^® is accepted in the United States. The cards carry only the balance that you have loaded or direct deposited to the card.

If you recieved your card at a retail location, you probably received an instant issue card. The Revel instant issue card can only be used to obtain cash at ATMs throughout the United States, or merchants that accept pin-based transactions. The Revel Prepaid MasterCard^® can be used anywhere in the United States where MasterCard^® is accepted, such as paying for dinner at restaurants, renting a car, making hotel reservations, or shopping at your local grocery store. Plus, the cards offer you the convenience of obtaining cash at ATMs throughout the United States. (*see exceptions)

Your instant issue prepaid Revel card will be activated when provided to you. We require you to activate your personalized Revel Prepaid MasterCard^® to protect you. These steps help us ensure that the card goes to the intended recipient. To activate your card please call 1-800-317-1009 or visit us online at www.revelcard.com

The only time your card may not work is if the banking system (ATM for example) you are trying to access is not available for operation. If the system is up and running and you have funds in your account, they will be available to you.

If you do not receive your PIN shortly after receiving your personalized Revel Prepaid MasterCard^®, please contact the Customer Service number located on the back of your card and in your Cardholder Agreement.

The term "load" refers to adding money to your Revel Prepaid MasterCard^®. You can load your card several different ways including:

• Direct deposit
• at retail locations (including GreenDot® network locations)
• with another credit or debit card

Just fill out the Direct Deposit Sign-Up Form that is provided in the "Join the Revelution" brochure sent to you with your card and give the form to your employer or bank. You can also obtain a direct deposit form online at www.revelcard.com. You can find the direct deposit form when you login to your account. The form is located under the "services" tab.

GreenDot® is a reload network with thousands of locations nationwide. Simply purchase a GreenDot Money Pak™ at participating stores and follow the easy instructions on the Money Pak™. Money will instantly load to your Revel Prepaid MasterCard^®.
